Taking the world on…

SSPX0283Today - a great day for the music loving community.  The band MEESE, a Denver CO based band released their first national album on atlantic records.  This is all that will be said – I’ve been a fan of their music for a few years now – and have anxiously awaited this release – and its amazing.  To anyone who likes music…go to meesemusic.com and buy their album…and in so doing you shall become a slightly more complete person…slightly.

NOW – it has been 2 weeks or so now that the Savage family has lived in our new dwelling place.  Each day that I drive home, from any direction, I sing praises.  Every Monday, the grass is cut – but not by me, the carpets are soft, the neighbors are friendly, the roads are paved, the garage is usable, and the angels sing every time we open up our bedroom closet.  One of the greatest things at this point – is the blessing that Jadyn hasnt even skipped a beat.  The first night or so – perhaps only twice – she said “go home now?”.  This made us slightly sad.  However, it passed very shortly.  She has not had any trouble sleeping at night and she’s been in wonderful spirits at the new home.  We’ve been busy at work getting the place all ready for the arrival of the tiny drummer for our family band.

This – is the next wonderful thing of prep.  Ashley is rocking it at 34 weeks pregnant at the moment.  The baby is quickly running out of space and Ashley is more gorgeous each day.  It is very honestly as if she has placed a NCAA size basketball in her shirt.  Very cute.  We are watching and praying for strength for her body and mind as the day of delivery approches.  These last few weeks always seem to be hardest, as getting comfortable is nearly an impossibility.  So sleep is deprived and that has quite the effect on many aspects of life.  So all you great people out there – if you would – please keep our family in your prayers.  That Ashley would be strong in body and spirit, that Jadyn would continue to be amazing through this next stage of transition in sharing her whole world with another little miracle, and for the little baby boy who will be joining our family soon.

Its continuously amazing to see the way that God is working in and around our family.  From the 3 (almost 4) of us, to the rest of our families.

With all sorts of HOPE for our future and JOY in our present,

THE Savages…

    • So glad you guys are in a happy place! And kind of glad the baby is running out of space. Will you soon run in a race? Or if an intruder comes will you hit him with a mace? Perhaps you are busy giving Jadyn chase? Or wiping that grin from your face? Buying a case of lace? From this post all of these seem to now be commonplace. I have a feeling that with this comment you will hit erase.

    • Your comment was quite silly, maybe a little girly, but all in all i felt happily, although it made you sound unholy.
As I think about it plainly, perhaps it came off as elderly, sadly, this post is continually deadlly..
